I got my AOR for CEC general inland on March 6, and since then there hasn’t been any real movement on my application.

I contacted IRCC and they said everything is within normal processing times, but I still haven’t received a Biometrics Instruction Letter, which I expected by now(since it's over 2 months).

I ordered GCMS notes and noticed something odd:

• The biometrics section shows: “Cancelled.”
• Type: Biometrics – RCMP
• Status update: May 4, 2026

Has anyone experienced something similar where the BIL never came or biometrics were marked cancelled internally?
