Should i try berberine?

Hello!

Heres a bit of context:

I am 22 years old. Diagnosed with pcos 2 years ago (likely due to my anxiety issues, i used to get frequent panic attacks)

And honestly, i feel like i have tried alot of things.

I am 73kg ( i gained 7 kg in matter of months)

Lift weights 4 times a week

Cardio 3 times within the week

Walk 10k steps everyday

Calorie intake : 1600 kcal

Protein intake : 130g

I try to eat 25g of fiber and im pretty low on carbs

Supplements wise, i take magnesium glycinate, vitamin D, omega 3 fil oil and i have tried inositol in the past (it didnt work so i stopped)

I was also prescribed combination birth control pills to try for 3 months because my period stopped for a whole year. It worked while i was taking it for period but again my period has stopped.

Im tired and frustrated. My weigh does not budge, i cant get my period and i cant loose fat. 😩

I recently found out abot berberine, i want to hear your experience on this Supplement please 🙏
