Moving to Davao soon and currently looking into condos/apartments around the city area

Originally wanted Inspiria because of the location, but I’m open to other places too as long as:
- safe area
- decent amenities
- pet friendly sana
- good for work/WFH
- around city proper/Bajada/Lanang area

Probably looking at a 1BR for long term rent. Budget flexible depending on the place.

Would appreciate recommendations, buildings to avoid, hidden gems, or even direct owner leads 🙏
