3 weeks 5 days ago I threw my lower back out. I still have trouble with pain especially after sleeping. Still feels like if I move wrong ot will go out again. Chat GPT says its normal and can take 6 to 8 weeks to heal. I can't stand for very long or it gets to hurting. Still have to walk slowly and a but slumped over. I feel like its never going to end. Anyone else throw there lower back out and srill feel this way for this long?
