Hello! This is my first time using Reddit, so I apologize in advance! I got a job offer to work at a hagwon in Jeonju, so I will be moving in August. I studied abroad for a month in Seoul two years ago, so this whole process is new to me. My Korean skills are very beginner (I can read and understand more Korean than I can actually speak), so I am little nervous about navigating the area. If anyone has any advice (things about phone service, bank cards, etc.) or information I should know about how Jeonju is for foreigners (restaurants and places to go outside of the Hanok Village) that would be great! This is also my first-year teaching (my first-time ever really teaching as well), so if you have tips on that as well, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
