These days job feels less like teaching and more like coordination
Some days I feel like I spend more time coordinating than teaching.
Emails, documentation, parent communication, behavior follow-up, counseling, attendance, platforms, meetings, events and what not.
The actual teaching part is still there, but it feels like a smaller percentage of the job than when I started.
Not necessarily worse..but a lot different and exhausting to be honest
