Hey I’ve been acting for almost 3 years now and in that time I’ve gotten myself an agent and get minimum 5 auditions monthly. I get most of them through self submission my agent gets me 1-2 auditions a month and I’m thinking of moving over to BMG Talent here in NYC. Any past experiences? with them for context I’m a 20 year old black male. I want to get seen by higher tier casting offices and get more auditions monthly
