Authentication of thrifted Ferragamo shoes?

Hello! I thrifted these (potential) Ferragamo shoes. They feel very nice and well-crafted, the stitching is even, the soles are definitely leather. However, I am thinking they may not be real because the silver foil on top of the logo stamp is a bit “messy”. I also noticed that the ID/size stamp is on the inside of the foot on one shoe, and on the outside of the foot on the other. While the placement of the size stamp is the same in both shoes, the last letter on one of them (B) coming off because it seems like it was stamped over the suede. Other than these flaws, the logo text, stamp on the bottom of the shoe, etc. all look pretty good compared to what I see online - I don’t have any other Ferragamo pieces to compare to, and I know it could vary a lot by year anyways.

I haven’t been able to find any other pair online, except for one on sale in Japan on the secondhand market, seems like it’s from a regular person who was just selling their one-off pair of shoes rather than a mass producer. Usually I’m pretty good at figuring out if something is legit from the thrift, but this has thrown me from a loop!

I would appreciate any input!

Authenticity of these Ferragamo heels?

I thrifted these (potentially) Ferragamo shoes. I haven’t been able to find them online except for on sale second hand in Japan. I have a feeling they may not be real due to the fact that the silver foil bleeds over the stamped lettering on the inside sole. I also noticed that one shoe has the ID/size stamp on the inside of the foot, the other has it on the outside of the foot. I’ve read that the messy silver foil this may be fine depending on the year of the shoe. They feel like nice quality otherwise: the stitches and seams are evenly spaced, the soles are definitely leather. Just curious before I decide to keep the potentially faux-gamos or go back to the store to exchange.

Thrifted Ferramago shoes

I have a feeling these are fake because of the bleeding of the text on the sole, and the size stamp is coming off a bit on the one shoe (they are stamped in the same location on each shoe, but on the one it’s on the inside of the foot, on the other it’s on the outside of the foot. You can see the last letter, “B” is coming off on the one shoe where the B was half over the suede part of the back of the heel). I wanted to ask Reddit before I exchanged them! They otherwise feel high quality.
*Ferragamo!! I wish I could edit the title lol.

Ettiquite question: is it appropriate to ask a hair stylist via Instagram if they do consultations?

I am just venturing into the realm of curly cuts and intimidated. I was recommended a stylist by a friend and I followed her professional account in Instagram. I wanted to ask her if she does consultations (I looked on the salon she works at and I see it listed for most except curly cuts) but I also am uncertain if it’s appropriate to direct this question to her Instagram or if I should call the salon.

I hope this is an okay question to ask and I hope I’m not breaking any sub rules! Thanks in advance for any insight.
