13 flights in 1 month

yea so i have 13 flights in the span of a month, ranging from 30 minute flights to 12+ hours, 4 long haul. last time i went on a flight last year it was like some out of body experience where i was just hyperventilating and sobbing like crazy right before my flight and accepted my fate once i sat down that basically i was dead. my first 2 flights are tomorrow, cant stop thinking and i keep thinking my odds of something catastrophic are greater cause of the volume of flights i'm going on. this may be the end for me🫩

need some brutal advice, honesty, and help to be able to just chill on these flights like every other normal person. i'm somewhat of an avgeek so i know basically all the basic tips and tricks for flying, especially aircrafts, its just something i cant really accept or use to cope.
