Finding a room in London is hard — but finding the right flatmates feels even harder!
For people who recently moved to London or are planning to move, how much did the flatmate side of the search matter to you?
I’ve noticed that most listings focus on rent, location and room size, but often give very little sense of who you’d actually be living with: lifestyle, routines, cleanliness, work schedule, noise, guests, social habits, etc.
Did you feel you had enough information about potential flatmates before moving in? Or did you only really find out after you moved?
I’m exploring an idea around better flatmate matching for London, so I’m curious whether this is a real pain point for others too.
