Hi guys
As many of you my daca is taking longer than usual to be approved. It expires June 13.
I been waiting since January. My question is someone suggested I apply for FMLA before it expires (reason being it’s taking a toll on my mental health and need to leave work for a bit) VS waiting till it expires and going on a personal leave and being without pay.
I don’t know what do has anyone done FMLA before it expires?
