
PCOS/PMOS Girls: I Lost 12lbs in 5 Weeks Without Starving Myself - Starting Another 6-Week Reset on 5/25

I was diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS about 2 years ago, but didn’t really start taking care of my body until this year. One thing I realized is that girls shouldn’t feel like they need to pay hundreds of dollars just to start their fitness or PCOS journey — we’re already stressed enough dealing with hormones, fatigue, cravings, bloating, and weight struggles.
Over the last 5 weeks, I went from 151 lbs to 139 lbs in a healthy and realistic way. No starving myself or crazy restriction. I focused on doctor-approved supplements, high protein, better sleep, hydration, and consistent workouts that support PCOS/PMOS.
I’m currently letting my body rest a little before starting another 6-week cycle from 5/25–7/4, and I’ll be sharing everything on my TikTok (@routine.encoded) — RESULTS, meals, workouts, routines, supplements, grocery ideas, and realistic updates along the way.
