Junipers growth

Hello all!

I've been obsessed with this community. I actually joined Reddit to join this specific community since for the last three and a half years I've been a tortoise momma.

Backstory on this little guy, I got a random call from an old neighbor who I'd only talked to in passing. I gushed over the tortoise that she had and she remembered that. Which is why when she needed to move across the country she called me and asked me if I wanted them.

Long story short, I ended up with two sulcata tortoises. One thing about me is, I can't say no to animals in need. Which is why I said yes with minimum knowledge of these beautiful creatures. One call to my tortoise loving sister had me rethinking somethings.

However, I immediately fell in love with them and the first thing I did was fix their diet. She had them on some tortoise food that looked like fruity pebbles. Next thing I know I'm buying fresh vegetables weekly and sprinkling calcium on their food.

I had them outside everyday during the summer, bringing them in at night. Daisy the female tortoise growth took off! Her pyramiding immediately started to spread out and she got so big so fast.

Which led to me rethinking the enclosure, I bought a bigger trough then she grew even more. The more and more I thought about, I called my sister who was on a wait list to rescue a tortoise and asked if she wanted Daisy. She gushed and got so excited, then I was putting Daisy in a crate and shipping her to Florida where she's currently thriving. So now it's only juniper who's a male and was very much stunted.

This past winter though it was like his body realized that he was being fed well, had a UV light, and humidifier. He took off and now I can actually see the separation of his pyramiding. I am also currently workshopping a greenhouse enclosure setup in my garage. Does anyone have any recommendations for features? I have the greenhouse already and some old gym flooring that I want to put a pond liner over but any ideas would be awesome!

The first photo is Juniper's growth and pyramiding separation. The following two were when I first got him. The very last photo is Daisy who grew so fast when I got her on a good diet.
