What was your **combined monthly income** when you bought? Was it just salary, business, or both?

What was the **property price**?

Did you buy an **off-plan, ready property, or resale**?
Which **developer** did you buy from? Any trusted/recommended developers?

For context, do you think a **combined salary of AED 20K+ per month** is enough to buy a **AED 1M property** in Dubai?

We’re currently considering buying, so we’d really love to hear from fellow Filipinos who have actually gone through the process. I’d like to know if it's realistic and how much cash we should ideally have before taking the plunge.
