okay so I bought the house last year. pool was ready and great. super easy to maintain basically just added some bromine tablets, the odd shock and vacuum periodically. closed October and opened 4 days ago. (I paid someone to close it, same person as old owners..)(I opened myself)

ive added more chlorine then I though you would ever need (6 of those jugs) , brushed twice a day and backwashed sand filter every 20 hours as its needed based on my understanding of the pressure hitting 14 psi higher the normal (14 increases to 25-30)

I feel like I’ve made no progress.

I got water tested at local store they said just keep brushing don’t bother adding anything new right now.

please help or tell me if I’m on the right track.

I was wondering what people think about dorchester in terms of quality of living, and housing prices.

theres 2 places I saw sell last year that I had considered. Do you think these places are worth the price?
