Hostel comparison

Will be joining CU this year (BE CSE) will be staying in hostel (3 seater) i got allotted Zakir A and my friend got allotted Zakir B

Which one of them is good
Are both the hostels inside or outside the campus
Can we change the hostel as we both want the same hostel and same room
What will the hostel provide us other than bed,table,chair

Regarding Hostel

I will be joining CU and its been 2 weeks I have paid partial fee for the hostel, yet on the app its showing pending can anyone tell by what time I can get to know about the hostel
