Do you guys ever find it interesting when pilots, aka the highest-paid people on the crew, don’t tip at all and somehow become allergic to helping with their heavy luggage works bags?

I’ve been seeing it a lot lately, and honestly… it’s becoming a little fascinating. Like, you can’t tip or load or unload your bags?
