I’m needing some help/guidance. I am aware I have a 2 finger separation above my belly button. I am 14 months postpartum (2nd child) and am below my pre pregnancy weight of my first (180’s) I definitely still look pregnant. I’ve never had this situation before or post pregnancy with my first child.

Unfortunately, I am in an area where I don’t have access to a Pelvic Floor specialist (there’s non) and the PT industry here is very “male” focus. I am wanting to know does this look like DR? I know I need to work on my Anterior Pelvic Tilt that I need to work on.
