A friend gave me a link and after installing the app, going through the KYC, I'm stuck on the verify identity. I scan my id card or my passport, put in the data properly and when I press next I get the message "Something went wrong".

Is it because I previously had my id tied to an account that will be closed at the end of the month in Portugal and I'm trying to open one in Germany (where I reside now, I'm using a different email though, and I'm pretty sure I used the id card on the first registration in Portugal and now I'm using my passport)?

Support on the app still non existent, no option to talk to anyone.
