UK based. want to order US to US
Hi, im based in the United Kingdom. I want to order a gift from the USA to be delivered to a USA address. So far i have tried sephora.com, shark and ulta, but my payment keeps getting rejected due to the billing address not being the same as the postal address.
I’ve contacted their customer services and they said i dont meet their terms of service to purchase. Does it mean i cannot order from a usa website to be delivered within the usa? Can anyone else share if they’ve been able to purchase something from an US website, while not being based there?
Before anyone advises on amazon. Ive tried them and they cancelled my order and later had it reviewed and said i could place the order. But im out of pocket on conversion fees. Initially they offered a $50 goodwill coupon, but then rescinded it. Their customer service is horrendous and out of principle I’d rather not place another order.
