Read a blog from 2016, claims there are 2 soundproof practice rooms in Simmons basement. Do these still exist? I could not find them

Is there any way to get a roommate this late as a freshman? The one I was planning on rooming with is giving a lot of red flags and I was wondering if any other girls were in the same boat or if its even possible to change this late
