Hi, I backed the Volta on kickstarter for November delivery. The cost was $200 with free shipping. I got an email saying there is a survey that contains a coupon code for the price of the kickstarter backing fee ($200) and I checkout through a shopify but now it is charging me an extra $9 for shipping. I know 9 bucks isnt a lot but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and feels like im being nickel and dimed. Is this correct?
