How much do you furnish a rental?
This is probably an irrational fear but something I’ve been thinking about as I move into my unit.. do you treat your rental unit like a home and buy furniture you love and put paintings up to make the place aesthetically pleasing? Or do you worry that you may have to move out any month and will need to remove everything and as a result you just get the bare minimum furniture?
