Picked up an Echo Electuary Xl cart on a trip to Portland.

Strain: Lantz

This cart had over 10% terps and you can immediately smell it when you take the rubber stopped off the top of the cart. The oil has a perfect color but that isn't surprising knowing this brand and I'm liking the viscosity on it. A little saucy, doesn't move while watching but moves fairly quick and heats up nice on my batteries low setting (not sure voltage, just a low/med/high button battery). I used a random XL battery I had laying around due to fit but it worked on a few batteries I had (just looked/felt best on the larger battery).

This cart is f'in amazing. Wow, wow, WOW.

The taste:
Creamy, gasy, with hint of sweet and a little bit of floral taste. The cream and gas really come through and this taste exactly like a great batch of Lantz flower. This is true to flower. I'm not sure what it is but I feel like it's historically been hard for Gelato and Runtz terps to come through in taste on carts but this delivers exceptionally well.

The hardware used is the XL Ceramic cart by ACTIVE. I thought it was more of a visual thing or gimmick but I'm liking whatever is going on here and will look to try more of these in the future if I find other brands that use them.

Overall score: 10.0 - This is the best cartridge I've had all year. I've taste some incredible rosin vapes by a few brands and hardware manufacturers but this right here is "the one".

Was on a trip to LA recently and a friend was kind enough to do a little curated dispo pickup for me before I got there. I asked for a few things but said I needed a fire live rosin/resin vape and this did not disappoint.

First off, "Sticky Papaya" sounded fire and I'm always game for Papaya terps in rosin. I had a few sweeter jars recently and this is more funky, chemy, and almost garlicky. I'm not a big garlic terp fan and chem can be hit and miss but when properly presented alongside other flavors, they seem to enhance the mouth feel and overall taste. And this is one of those cases. Giving stank face when you smell the top of the vape and a taste you want more than one hit of.

The hardware is funny enough to be the same ACTIVE hardware Exotic Matter uses in Michigan and Trout & Co in New York. Seems like some of my favorite solventless pens are using this little mini ceramic device. I like how it feels in hand and pocket (and I don't think I can overstate how important it is for the pocket feel/structure as I seem to break vapes or lose vapes out of my pocket easily haha). Air flow could be better but you can pull fairly hard and get good clouds on a 4-5 second hit + there are these little carb holes on the bottom sides you can use.

Overall score: 8.9 - not my preferred terp profile but it's still terpy and something I enjoyed.

I travel to Michigan a few times a year and while I always look forward to buying some rosin and higher tier products at a discount compared to everywhere else, Pro Gro vapes have become something I have to grab at least 2 of each trip. These things consistently blow my mind for how good they are and the price is just crazy affordable.

I love the soft touch on the hardware (the Node from AVD/Active) but will say the airflow leaves a little more to be desired. When I puff on this the size and air flow gives me a more elevated cigar type feel which is always nice. While the air flow isn't perfect, it's not bad and I can get good rips on this and I take longer rips than other vapes that kick off harder.

The flavor on the Oishii is crazy. Pro Gro does a killer job with their Moonbow line-up and Oishii has plenty of that in it so it's no surprise this kills it on flavor too. It's a creamy, light Zkittle'y, touch of gas, and just overall super smooth on taste (and puff).

I give this a 9.1/10 overall but for the price it's a 10/10 all day every day and I will 100% buy again.

I posted about the Knots Super Boof disposable in the past (recap: fire and incredible flavor).

They recently changed their offering to a 2 pack of disposables. The budtender told me that they wanted to a 1g vape but aimed to do 2 .5g disposables instead of one unit for a better experience. I'd have to agree that's the "best" route for flavor and was stoked to try this. I think they even kept the same packaging and were able to fit two devices in the same pack.

I picked up the one with Super Boof in it and originally wasn't overly hyped to try the Maple Nectar but dangit, I like that more than the Super Boof! Just like the last time I purchased a Knots vape, you could smell loud as soon as you tear the mylar.

The Super Boof delivers that gasy citrus you want and taste great but the Maple Nectar delivers an incredibly clean and rich maple taste. It isn't wildly sweet but I wouldn't want to change anything about it, it's a taste that makes me hit it a few times every time I pick it up to take a draw.

Knots is using the Active Axil Mini Air (the same thing Tony Verzura helped work on) and I've had a few brands in this hardware but Knots really knows what they're doing formulation and strain selection wise. The air flow is a little light on the device unless you put your lungs into it but I'm getting pretty solid vapor production and like the note on the packaging encouraging 2-3 second hits. That note + keeping it at .5 per vape really puts flavor as focus. These retail for around $60-65 which isn't bad for a 1g rosin vape in Washington State especially considering you get two .5g disposables to have the best flavor start to finish AND two strains.

I give this pack right here a 10/10 and will pick it up again next time I see it.

Recent pickup in Michigan. Yetistash has been building a great name and after the recent BYBB win, I wanted to try some of their hash.

The smell on this is insane. One of those jars that you find yourself wanting to simply smell multiple times a day.

Got a creamy, zkittlez'y, soap scent. The Rainbow Belts cuts through strong but has other elements surrounding it.

Taste wise, I feel like minty kush kicks though first with the creamy candy around it.

Super unique imo.

Early verdicts:
- Rove: really cool device, great pull. Solid window into pod once you remove it. Flavor is kind of flat and while cloud is nice, concerned about burning the rosin through use

- Pistil Whip: WOW. This thing taste great. Cloud is lacking a little but damn, flavor is on point.

- Tout & Co: This is one of the best vapes I've ever had. It's some form of a Z cross but broooo, I keep smelling the end of it and taking sips just to taste it. WOW.

- Yetistash: I love the way rosin looks in the o2 pen. Flavor is solid but started having minor clog on 3rd hit. Super easy to pull through clog but my biggest gripe with this hardware is this (unless it starts spitting oil). Love the look/taste though.
