SHES HERE 🥹

Yesterday I was posting about having brown discharge with a tiny bit of blood so I wasn’t sure. I can definitely see progress today. There’s wayyyy more blood. I’m actually so happy, I finally feel normal again. The best part about it is that not even a week ago I had a huge breakdown about recovery and I wanted to give up.

You may feel sick of this whole process but trust me, at the end of the day it’s SO worth it. ❤️

IS SHE BACK?

Im actually freaking out in a good way. For the last four days (jun 30 - jul 3) I’ve had brown discharge. By every day it was getting darker and there was more of it. And today I go to the bathroom and see that’s it’s mixed with BLOOD!! Im aware that it might be not it yet but oh my god you should see my face when I saw the blood. I’m just gonna observe how it’s gonna go today and in next days!!

Any advice?

Im so frustrated. Im 15, 103.6lb and 5’2. Im currently eating 2300calories while doing 11k steps. It’s been almost 10 months (6months on maintenance and almost 4 on a an actual surplus) and it’s still not here even though I gained almost 7 pounds 💔 In two months I start high school, I don’t want to drag this until then.. I had bad experience in middle school and new school is supposed to be a new start. It’s not even about the weight gain anymore, if I could magically gain another 5 pounds and get my period back, I WOULDNT EVEN HESITATE. It’s about the constant waiting, hoping for it to finally come back, being unsure 24/7 of how much longer will it take and how much more I’ll have to gain. Its so tiring. PLEASE jut come back within next 2 months, I don’t want anything else.

Any advice? Am I doing something wrong? Could I do something better? Is it possible for it to come back before September? Im going insane.

Eating healthy

Oml Im over three months in and at the start of period recovery I was eating so damn healthy. I was doing aesthetic snack plates with fruits, nuts and etc. and now when it’s time for a snack I just eat bread with peanut butter 😭😭

So I’ve been sitting at the maintenance for a while but there was no results so for the last two months I was increasing my maintenance which is 1800 to 2200. I don’t workout although I am getting like 11k steps a day. Im 100lb/5’2.5 ft. Is it enough?
