Help - Runna not Syncing to Apple Watch Fitness App
I have used Runna for 1 1/2 years and love the feature where it syncs to your Apple Watch fitness app. During my last plan the workouts would stop giving me audio feedback midway through and now in my new plan (started 2 days ago) the workouts aren’t in the Apple fitness app at all.
Here is what I have tried:
- restarting my watch
- updating my watch
- restarting my phone
- double checking permissions in apple health app and toggling off and on from the watch side and phone side
- unsync and resyncing watch within the Runna app and toggling on/off the sync functions
- opening Runna on my watch, which does show the workouts
- logging out / in of Runna app
- uninstalling / reinstalling Runna app on watch
Yet I’m still unable to see them in the Apple workout Watch app
iPhone 17 iOS 26+
Apple Watch 10 iOS 26+
Anyone else have this issue? What was your fix?
