I fell in love with a woman I met online and I don’t know how to tell her
I’m a young French teacher, and I met a woman in her 30s online. At first, it was simply in the context of my lessons, but over time, we became very close.
We can talk for 3 or 4 hours without even noticing the time, sometimes about completely random things. And the strange thing is, I genuinely love talking to her. Whenever we talk, it makes me feel really good.
After spending so much time talking to her, I developed very, very strong feelings for her. I think about her a lot, I’ve even dreamed about her several times. Sometimes I try not to message her for a whole day to create some distance, but the urge always comes back.
And when she talks to me about other men, I have to admit it: it hurts, and I feel jealous.
I think she has probably figured out that I have feelings for her, even though I’ve never clearly told her.
The problem is that I have absolutely no idea how to make her understand that I love her without making things awkward or ruining what we have.
If you were in my position, how would you let her know that you have feelings for her?
