Turned my Midtown Cafe into a Multistoried Business Center
This is what the building includes so far:
- Midtown Café
- Pilates studio
- Frozen yogurt shop
- Nail salon
- Fashion boutique
- Local Deli/produce market
- Coworking space with corporate meeting rooms
- Bar/nightlife club (not pictured)
- Deli food truck (not pictured)
- Public Bathrooms (not pictured)
The top floor is empty, what do you think I should add next? I’m currently debating between a bank or a makeup/cosmetics store (like a Sephora maybe??)
