What are your thoughts on just doubling the price of the quote you got from the manufacturer/distributor and submitting that od DIBBS? Should be a safe margin of error to then pay for shipping, certs and everything else?
Is there a course that focuses solely on dibbs? I feel like there is a shit ton of things I'm not aware of and wouldn't want to waste money on a course that is just for sam.gov
Hey, is it possible to filter solicitations on dibbs by country? If possible I'd like to focus on europe since I'm here and could source from my country that is TAA compliant but the site is still a bit confusing to me, much different from sam.gov.
