I work at a computer shop and we used Belarc for years. The reports were bloated, clients couldn’t read them, and the install requirement was always annoying on machines we didn’t own.
So I built our own — portable exe, no install, generates a clean branded PDF with hardware specs, Defender status, drive health, and installed software. We’ve been using it in the shop for a while now and it’s saved us a lot of time.
Finally cleaned it up and put it out as SysLog Pro. Happy to share a free key with anyone who wants to try it — would love feedback from other techs. Paid version currently just removes the watermark and allows for the “white label” customization to brand it to your own shop or brand.
