Eurail pass and train reservations in England and Scotland
We’re Canadians travelling to the UK in September and trying to decide on a rail pass vs a railcard. We qualify for the seniors railcard but think a Eurail pass (cheaper that a Britrail pass!) might be better for cost and convenience, especially as there are routes we’ll be getting on and off of. Does anyone have experience using a eurail pass and making seat reservations? Is it easy? Expensive?
