what’s the best morning routine for acne-prone skin that actually helped your breakouts?
i’ve been trying to improve my skin lately, especially morning breakouts, but the more skincare advice i see online, the more confused i get, some people say keep your routine super simple, others use like 7 different products before breakfast, right now i wash my face in the morning, use moisturizer and sunscreen, but i still wake up with random breakouts sometimes, especially around my cheeks and forehead.
i’m also wondering how much things like pillowcases, diet, stress, sweating at night, or even shower timing actually affect acne compared to skincare products themselves, for people who struggled with acne before, what morning routine or small habit genuinely made the biggest difference for your skin long-term?
