[OoT] I think that the Ocarina of Time remake could benefit from some of these new additions.

Hey everyone. Ocarina of Time is definitely a classic, and I love it to death, but I think Hyrule Field was a bit empty IMO. I think it would be awesome if they added more enemies to fight in the field. The stalchildren at night and peahats >!as child Link!< were cool and everything but I always wished that there were more enemies and enemy variants in the field, like in the top down games prior to OoT creation. Oh, and the Poes in Hyrule field when>! you're adult Link!<, but I still wish there were more variety and more things to fight in the field. Perhaps they could add moblin enemies and probably add ground variants of the ocktoroks, and more tektikes in Hyrule Field too!

I also think it would be pretty cool that if instead of>! Rauru just handing you the Light medallion!< they make a new dungeon called The Temple of Light that you can go through. I think that would be really fun and awesome.

I think as well that if they expanded on Hyrule field, made it a bit larger with added in new side content, grottos, caves, side areas would be an incredible addition to the game as well. Perhaps expand on Zora's river, make it longer with more branching rivers and waterfalls, enlarge areas like Goron City and Death Mountain with more side areas to explore would add to the excitement too.

I know some people are fine with a complete 1:1 remake, but I love it when they add and expand on things in remakes. The 3DS hybrid remaster was also great but still used the N64's coding under the hood.

What do you all think about these additions? What would your version be of the ideal remake? Interested in hearing your thoughts!

Peace.
