Those of you hiking right now, how tolerable is the heat?

I take 40mg in the morning (7:00) and I get a lot of lethargic feelings and exhaustion but when I take my afternoon dose of 25mg (15:00) I feel a bit woozy for 1 hour and then it stabilises to useable focus.
I am curious if this means that 40mg is too high of a dose to take at once for me, or if it means that it's not high enough, and then the extra 25mg boosts it to a dose which my body treats as useful.
What tests could I run to check this? I've never taken both doses together because of the fear that 40mg is too much for my body, so double dosing would make my sinuses swell and gives me headaches and an eventual brain aneurism.
They didn't test any circulation, blood pressure, ECG, or brain scans of any kind, they just gave me a new pill to try so I don't feel as supported. Any ideas or similar experiences please?

I know there's a Decathlon nearby which has load of Simond mountaineering equipment. But any shops nearby that sell Lone Peak 9+ or ultralight gear like tents and backpacks?
I'm looking for lone peaks 9+ but not sure about the sizing since they don't stock them where I'm from. Happy to travel if you can suggest specific shops which are not online-only which stock these. Bonus if they also stock ultralight gear. Thanks!
