Track Concept: BBQ Powerhouse

So, I somehow went from one food track to another, except this particular food track is less sweet and meatier. So, here's BBQ Powerhouse, an industrial barbeque power plant.

Difficulty: Star Cup

So. you have the racers start on one side of the track and after some turns, glide over to the other side while driving on the road that resembles grill plates, complete with typical grilled meat, before entering the facility and driving past a mountain of coal, with some on fire, and pipes that shoot out smoke before making a turn on the second round of grill pathing, though watch out for the Skewer obstacle. While avoiding Lava Bubbles jumping in and out of the lava through the track, racers must navigate a rotating meat drum bridge and I would suggest not falling off, unless you have an item to boost across the lava, before facing the next Skewer and smoke-spewing pipe before returning to the start/finish.

So, I was part of a collab project where we each made our own DLC Island for Mario Kart World. I already did one island, but I volunteered to do these two because of unforeseen circumstances. The islands are...

Snowdrift Island: A very snowy island with all retros (Both N64 and GCN Sherbet Land combined, N64 Frappe Snowland, Tour/8DX Merry Mountain, and GBA Ribbon Road with Snow Land as a tribute course and 3DS Sherbet Rink as a battle course).

Tangled Cove: A jungle sized island. Features two retros (GBA Lakeside Park and DS Yoshi Falls) and two nitros (Fungi Ruins and Soda Creek). In addition, GBA Boo Lake is a tribute course and 3DS Honeybee Hive is a battle course.

Yeah, I'm back again from my unofficial hiatus. Guess college can eat away your motivation, I guess. But the tracks are back, and this particular one was the hardest to make. Remember the NES game, Yoshi's Cookie? Well, I thought of the idea, I dunno when, to make a track based off it, and at some point, it became a confectionary-type bakery track. I had to ask people for ideas, but in the end, I think the end result looks passable.

Difficulty: Flower Cup

The race starts in the cafe area with the checkered tiles, and you drive straight into the bakery-like factory area. I didn't add conveyor belts or the typical hazards a factory would have, because at that point, just play Toad's Factory. Then you drive in the oven-shaped tunnel which leads you into the confectionary outdoors. Decorating said outdoors area is a stream of hot chocolate, wafer cookies shaped like those pill hills, and those large, checkered cookies. The drive back to the start is simple, but you go around Cookie Land along the way. That's right. A Battle Course is part of a track. This is what a lot of people said, and while I was very iffy about it, I caved in. Of course there are seperate paths ala Mario Kart World, and there's even a Yoshi Stand where you can pick up some Dash Food.
