Bought a plain Mcgriddle recently and the bag had one patty despite the picture clearly showing 2 on the kiosk. I brought this up thinking they just forgot and the employee and manager insisted it included 1 for 1.89$. I questioned why 2 plain ones would cost 3.78$ by their logic or the same with an added slab of chicken was 2.99.
Sent an email to the feedback line on the receipt and the store owner replied with a generic "thanks for your concerns about our prices" (clearly didn't read).
Think this is a fluke or is this commonplace for all Mcdonalds? Located in Canada
