Hi,

Young family thinking about frenchay, bradley stoke, thornbury, emersons green.

Can anyone recommend an area? Trying to differentiate. Work is mostly from home so commuting wont be too much of an issue. Just want nice area for walks etc

Hi,

I know HMOs arent great but i feel i have little option. The house beside me is a HMO so I worry it is going to be difficult to sell. Has anyone got any experience in selling to an investor for them to turn it into a HMO? Is it normal for them say subject to planning approval?
