Two Front Orthodontics / Cherry Financing: No communication for 2 months, stuck in same trays, refusing refund? Help!
Hi everyone, looking for advice on how to handle a nightmare situation with Two Front clear aligners.
My assigned Texas provider on the platform is Dr. Richard D’Avanzo. After I signed up and started my Cherry payment plan, the platform completely stopped responding to me. I have been left stuck wearing the exact same old clear aligner trays for over 60 consecutive days with zero updates, no new stages delivered, and complete silence.
Now that I finally got a hold of them, they are pointing to the contract saying 'no refunds,' even though they actively stopped providing my medical treatment or delivering my physical aligners for two months.
Has anyone successfully disputed a Cherry Financing loan when a merchant abandons treatment? I am currently filing complaints with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and the TX Attorney General. What else can I do to force them to close this loan?
