How long does it take to prepare and start a campaign?

Hi,

So I'm new to this cold emailing thing and preparing to start my first campaign and get my first client. Ao I'm targeting e-commerce founders.

However, I almost running and preparing everything manually or using free trials.

Like i used like 10 free apollo accounts to collect 1000 leads.

And now I'm doing lead enrichment using free api trials and after that i need to go for each website, check if they're running meta ads, and spot a profit leak in their website.

So it's frustrating and taking a lot of time. Any suggestions to speed up the list building and lead enrichment and scoring?

Also, I'm only having two domains with two inboxes and am sending manually. So I think it would take forever to start and complete my first campaign.

Any suggestions to speed things up?

Don't laugh at me. I know 120 isn't significant to get a reply. But at least i needed one to ensure my deliverability is okay.

List size: nearly 40 leads

Sequence: first email and 2 follow ups across two or three days

I'm looking to get my first client for my business. I'm helping ecommerce companies to increase their profits and conversions by analyzing their website first and then their business internally and fixing their profit leaks.

I was going on each lead's website in my list and spot a gap like: bad website design or bad copywriting etc....

Here's an example of the email am sending :

Hi Sean,

We haven’t been introduced yet—I’m Mohammed, founder of MKProfit.

I came across {business name} and loved the brand's feel. The site looks polished, so this isn’t about a full redesign.

I noticed that some product and collection pages rely heavily on visuals, but they lack persuasive copy or clear CTAs to guide visitors toward the next step.

That usually creates a quiet conversion leak: people like the brand, browse for a bit, but leave without buying — especially when paid Meta traffic is being sent there.

At MKProfit, we help ecommerce brands fix these copy and conversion gaps so more of their existing traffic turns into sales, without needing more ad spend.

Would you be open to me sharing 2–3 specific areas I noticed on {business name} ?

Thanks!

I'm sending from two domains 1 inbox per each.

Daily sending like 24 emails total.

So i need your help please to diagnose why I didn't got any replies.

Notice: I only got 2 automatic out of office replies

Help pls.
