Somehow, my clothes don't fit
I've been doing mostly circuit 1.5 and flow 1.5 about 3-5 times a week for 5 months. I use 2 reds and a green on leg presses, 1 red or 1 blue on bridges, 2 reds on arms and lunges, 1 blue or 1 red on planks and jack rabbits, and either 2 reds and a blue or just 1 blue for footwork.
You would think my clothes would fit better. However, I'm unable to fit into my xs scrub bottoms, workout leggings, and some dresses. My fitted tanktops ride up over my belly (which has grown instead of shrunk). I used to have a flat belly, and now it's spilling over my workout pants.
I'm trying to eat better, i drink 80oz water a day, and i stand and walk most of the day. I've practiced activating my core and breathing techniques, and I'm pretty good at it. I'm overall stronger, can do pullups and hold planks longer, but I look like a snowman.
Someone please explain what I'm doing wrong or what I could be doing better. Thank you 😊
