Genuinely wondering,
I’m about 2 days away from my cycle and the last 2 days have been crazy. They’re intense and much more frequent i think I’ve had about 50 today and it’s only 2pm 😅 i do tend to get a flare up during my cycle. But this is the first time it’s been ac couple days before.
For those that this post is going to apply to, I’m wondering how you’re relying on your faith in Jesus and how you’re praying over your health?
I’ve found it quite hard to recently but had to really force myself to pray tonight and surrender it all. As always, and overwhelming unexplainable peace came over me. But it’s a constant fight and battle against my flesh and heart. It’s quite tiring.

A few nights ago I experienced my first panic attack. Had no idea what was happening so I drove the the er where it was confirmed I had a panic attack. Since then, my health anxiety has been through the roof and I know it’s only making things worse by overthinking everything. Nights are the worst, especially going to bed, after a shower it’s where everything is quiet and everything internal is intensified. Any pulsating feels like an electric shock very much over it. Does anyone have any coping strategies if they’ve experienced the same thing?

Fellow PACs an PVCs sufferer here. Does anybody else, when having an intense PVC, ever get a ringing or rush through their head/ears? It’s kind of piercing. Usually happens after I’ve had a bit of a heavy meal and then a cigarette shortly after (yeah, I know. Stupid. The ectopic beats are what drove me to quit smoking weed in October after being a daily regular smoker and now I’ve gone from 12 cigs a day to 3 and intend on quitting very soon. It’s kind of just habit atp. The PACs and PVCs are making it much easier to quit) anyway, it’s such an uncomfortable feeling and sadly I find comfort in our shared health related anxiety trauma. Hope everyone’s doing well out there.
