Are Baptists generally anti-infant baptism, or do they just believe it doesn't do anything? Do baptists believe baptism actually doesnt do anything at all and its symbolic? Whats your experience with that?

Mind you I'm using the debate tag, so if you say anything too crazy I will respond lol. If you just tell me the general views of baptists or different types of baptists thats what I'm asking
