Might be a difficult ask. I want to have Sims be able to commit crimes like theft, murder, torture, enter gangs, etc. as well as make sex worker Sims, or Sims that could work at a strip club for my noir-themed save. The only problem with the latter is that I don't exactly want to see my Sims nude lol it'd be nice if there was an option for them to still be blurred/pixelated.

I'm extremely new to mods so if you guys could also provide links as well as tips on how to easily mod, that'd be great! Thanks.

At the moment it seems that the files are only available for viewing by journalists and law enforcement to protect improperly redacted names of victims, but any amount of this information being made more easily accessible to the general public is big. Hopefully once victims' names are blacked out, the entire library will be open to everyone.
