Apple and Verizon support both kind of gave up on me. Should I just return the watch? (Prepaid)
Cellular on my SE3 paired with iPhone 14 won't work with my Verizon prepaid plan. I was on the phone with Verizon for 4 hours today where they tried adding the plan, repairing the watch, etc. They charged me $10 5x throughout the process (yikes). Then they had me call Apple who just also tried re-pairing and running diagnostics (all diagnostics said it was fine).
Anyone else not able to turn add cellular to their Verizon pre-paid plan?
One other detail: we tried all of the different ways of adding a new number, brining old number, etc.
