seeking housemates in south medford near green line for 9/1 in 3 bed/1 bath duplex
I’m looking for two new housemates to join me in south Medford on a 9/1 year lease in a spacious, quiet, cozy wood-paneled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. The two rooms available are a 11’ x 10’ room with a large closet for $950/month and a 13’ x 10’ room, also with a closet for $1,000/month. Utilities average about $150/month.
Our place is a two-floor duplex, with a nice and sunny living room, dining room, entry way, and kitchen (with dishwasher) on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. We have access to the full basement where there is in-unit laundry and lots of storage space and a three-car tandem driveway.
We’re about a 12 minute walk to the ball sq green line stop, a 5 minute drive to I-93, a 30 min walk to davis square, and a 6-12 minute drive to grocery stores and gyms. Living here without a car is possible, but may not be the best quality-of-life-wise.
I’m a female in my early 30s who likes to keep a welcoming, clean, and calm home and is looking for the same in new housemates. Smoking indoors or pets (or any animals unfortunately, due to allergies) can’t be accommodated.
