just read allen carr's easyway and unfortunately it didn't really do much for me. i read every word and really tried to internalize it, but this stubborn addiction was working harder. i have also heard of desmoxan, and would love to hear about other people's journey with that. it is hard to find, but if anyone has tried this from amazon, https://www.amazon.com/Recigar-100-Tablets-Stop-Smoking/dp/B0BWYMY4WT/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8, could you let me know if it worked? is it essentially the same as desmoxan? i am so desperate to quit, and im young, so the sooner the better. thanks!
