The Starburst star is an Ancient relic during the exact creation of the Entirety of Universe 7, a physical Manifestation of the universe's Existence. It will travel randomly across the universe. Avoiding those who would Use its immense power for evil, and giving hope to those who have been wronged

Though...There is a Prophecy. That the Starburst star will choose a champion to Inhabit and give it his power..in which it will either spell the Universes Eventual doom. Or a great evil is to be stop

Creators note: Lemme explain what the hell is going on, I changed the star to cyan blue because. Of course.. limitations since I have NO access to mods. So I changed Starburst form to Cyan so that I can use USH (I refuse to call it the Power to overcome or Quelled) for this. Plus it's easier in a movesets standpoint.

Distortion Energy, a Form of corrupted time energy. Which forms when a change in the timeline happens, How Big the change is Depends on How much energy is Generated..and How much people Build up.

Time travelers, No matter what even if they're trying to keep the timeline On track. Naturally Build up Distortion Energy, Though for some strange reason, it is not permanent to those Keeping time on track.. Further study is needed

But, If a Person Keeps Trying to change the past and they timeline, they will start generating More and More Distortion Energy. The Change becoming Permanent, Eventually. A Person soon Builds up enough Distortion energy to be able to soon Use it Like fu did. Initially able to infuse it into their Ki. The energy Soon REPLACES their Ki and Becomes their primary source of power, which has...side effects.

Those who use Distortion energy becoming Living Time paradoxes. Even Being one Iota outside their timeline Will cause DRASTIC changes. Their Outcomes depends on the user of Distortion energy. And Can't exactly Be permanently killed until their Energy is Fully drained, Which unless their outside their own timeline will no longer generate time Distortion energy.
