homeschool to high school transfer concerns

i've been homeschooled since 1st grade, i'm currently a junior (17 years old) and i've decided i wanted to stop homeschooling for my senior year which is the 26-27 school year and go to the local public high school. i'm just concerned they're going to make me repeat senior year because i'll only have one year of high school before i graduate, and i know you need enough of certain credits to graduate. the only thing holding me back from being fully okay with repeating is being the oldest student in the school, since i'd be 19 if i had to do senior year again, and that's just embarrassing. but is having to repeat senior year even something real people have to do that i need to be worried about? and if they give me the option too to repeat, if it's not mandatory, i don't know if i should take that opportunity or just graduate with 1 year of high school. i haven't heard of anyone be in my shoes and how they've gone about this, but i feel like somebody must have a better understanding than i do, as a completely inexperienced high schooler.

also excuse me for my posting format, this is my first time posting on reddit so i dont know if i did this correctly 😭
