Struggling here
Started OMAD from late Jan to early April and lost about 22 pounds. My body has adjusted but I find myself mentally struggling. Since mid April I have been finding myself making excuses as to why I should eat 2 or even 3 meals a day (family gatherings, parties at work, free food at the workplace). Those of you who dealt with this how do you stay focused? Really trying to be self disciplined.
