I pushed the Poco X8 Pro hard and the results shocked me!!!
Today, I pushed the Poco X8 Pro harder than I normally would just to see how it actually handles real life heavy usage.
Had BGMI running for a while, then switched between Insta, Chrome with too many tabs open, Youtube in PiP mode, Discord, and CapCut editing together. I even exported a video while downloading files in the background because why not.
Honestly expected the phone to start stuttering or heating up badly after some time, but it stayed smoother than I thought. The Mediatek Dimensity 8500 Ultra seems pretty well optimised for sustained usage, and not just mere benchmarks.
It did get warm, obviously, but not uncomfortable. That balance between performance and thermals stood out more to me than raw speed. Pretty impressed with how well this phone is tuned and built with power both inside out.
Has anyone else here tried something like this? What was the result?
